THE ANSWER- “WHY ARE CHRISTIANS BAILING?”

HEADLINE: While America still boasts of being a “Christian nation,” in the area of private religious practice “Christianity” is in a state of serious decline. Today, church attendance is at an all-time low, and the number of Americans who profess to being Christian is rapidly dropping. Young people in particular are dropping out of church at an astounding rate, and significant numbers are abandoning Christianity altogether—calling it irrelevant to real life. - https://www.cbcg.org

First, Let's define “Christianity” by secular definition:

Merriam Webster's Online Dictionary tells us, “Starting in the 14^th century, the religion derived from Jesus Christ, based on the Bible as sacred scripture, and professed by Eastern, Roman Catholic, and Protestant bodies .”- The 14^th century was 1301 to 1400A.D.

However, the Bible tells us in Acts 11:26 – (written by Luke)....”And when Barnabus had found Saul (aka Paul, the apostle) he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” - The Book of Acts was written between 60 and 70 A.D.

So, the first bit of deception came in the form of defining Christianity!

The second DECEPTION is that millions of people worldwide call themselves “Christians” because they are taught that people who follow or adhere to Christianity, a monotheistic Abrahamic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ are “Christian”...because they follow the teaching of Jesus...which they believe - is to do good to mankind.

THIS IS WHY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER IN THEIR LIFE BELIEVED THEY WERE DOING AS JESUS DID....(Care for the poor, the sick, the widows and orphans) believe they are "CHRISTIANS".

The came the likes of Jim and his wife, Tammy Faye Bakker..the founders of PTL Ministries. Jim Bakker had a sexual encounter with Jessica Hahn in 1980. In 1989, Bakker was in a trial for wire and mail fraud and went to jail.

After that major “Christian scandal”. People began to mistrust preachers and thought of them as nothing more than phony “Christians” in it for the money.

In 1988, Jimmy Swagget, a Pentecostal preacher and evangelist, was defrocked by th Assemblies of God after a sex scandal involving prostitutes.

Followers of these men also thought, I believed what these men taught from the pulpits, but they are no better than anyone else....they are also greedy, immoral men who claimed to follow the teachings of Christ.

Jerry Falwell was the founding pastor of th Thomas Road Baptist Church, a megachurch in Lynchburg, Virginia. He founded  in 1967, He also founded Liberty University and the Moral Majority. He died in 2007, and his son, Jerry Jr. took over the help of both.

On August ^4, 2020, Evangelical leader Jerry Falwell Jr. resigned as president of Liberty University Tuesday amid an unfolding sex scandal between him, his wife and a pool boy whom they met at a hotel. Jerry Jr. watched as his wife and the pool boy had sex in a hotel room.

So, is it any wonder that millions of people calling themselves “Christian” based on their belief that Jesus cared for the poor, the hungry, the widow and the orphan...bailed after this kind of news about "spiritual leaders"? based on what they were taught by these major Christian pastors and world-leaders - they lost faith in those types.

Millions were disillusioned or disappointed in someone or something that they discovered were less food or “righteous” than they first believed.

Most of the “Christ followers” that are leaving the “Christian Faith” are below the age of thirty.....millennials.

The Public School systems abandoned school prayer and Bible reading in 1963 by the Supreme Court. Since then, the Leaders in the Public Schools and Colleges began calling Christianity “outdated” and this is part of the Communist Manifesto agenda of 1963......which reads, “17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.”

And, in Manifesto Agenda # 27 and 28, we read, “Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion.”.......Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

So, public schools have been brainwashing students – especially by the time they reach college age...that Christianity – aka “religion” are nothing more than crutches, and by the time of the late 80s – with the “religions” leaders falling by scandal, is explains WHY millions – especially those under the age of thirty....have decided that “being a Christ teachings follower” isn't for them any longer. - In EVERY INSTANCE mentioned before now......people depended on WHAT MAN TAUGHT THEM instead of searching for the truth which is what GOD taught us from His Word...the Bible.

Let me explain my own in-depth search for the truth and my conclusion. I must state right up front...DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING I SAY – BUT BELIEVE WHAT GOD SAID FROM HIS WORD....so, when I am quoting Scripture, it is not my opinon...it is as though you are hearing ehat God Himself told us.

I grew up in Catholic surroundings....went to a Catholic School – St. Frances of Assisi to name it...as a kid. The nuns there would whack the back of my knuckles if I messed up!

The priests back then would not let us read the Bible. Instead, they taught us nothing really. They “preached” from a Latin version of the Bible, so we never knew any truths other than what we were being taught by the priests.

We were told that we could not eat meat on Fridays...until 1966. Then, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops decided that we could eat meat instead of fish on Fridays. That made no sense to me as a then 23 year old man who was an Air Force enlistee at that time. I asked myself, "How can they change stuff at will....until I realized it was never in the Bible!

By the way, when I was age eleven, in 1954, I was sent to an Assembly of God (Protestant) camp in Steep Falls, Maine.

One night, I heard a message from a camp counselor/preacher and all of a sudden, it felt like I was all alone in that meeting of over 300 kids. The message told about Jesus and how He came to this earth for one reason, and that was to save my soul and guarantee that I would go to heaven and not have to burn in a place called the “Lake of Fire”:.

I turned around in my seat that night and did ask this Jesus to forgive me of my sins and to come into my life and save my soul from hell. I realized that He truly is the Son of God and can save my soul if I acknowledge Him and believe everything He said.

Based on what the Bible said in John 3:3, I am guaranteed a place in Heaven.

First, let me read John 3:1-16 - There was a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish religious leader who was a Pharisee.After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. “Rabbi,” he said, “we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you.” - Jesus replied. “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” -(That was verse 3).

“What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus. “How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again? Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.“ - That verse triggered a rememberence in my head from my Catholic upbringing.....where I was told that I am saved by being sprinkled with water!

Later in life, this verse made sense to me. Jesus told Nicodemus, You have to have two births to enter the kingdom of heaven.....the first is to be born of water.....(he never said you have to be “baptized at birth”)

He said, - “first you must be born of water” meaning human born...then you must be born again or born spiritually in order to gain heaven.

Just before we are born human, our mother says, “MY WATER BROKE”.

I realized that science tells us that we are born in water.....Quote, “Your water breaking is a sign that  labor is coming. The fluid you feel gushing or trickling from your vagina is amniotic fluid, the liquid that surrounds and protects a fetus.”

It was then that – along with no meat on Friday being not scriptural, this “born of water"  meaning to be infant baptized was also false teaching. What else was I taught by man that was untrue? Stay tuned!

Back to the Book of John chapter three – Jesus continued telling Nicodemus, “Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. So don’t be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows wherever it wants.....….Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.”

“How are these things possible?” Nicodemus asked.”

 Jesus replied, “You are a respected Jewish teacher, and yet you don’t understand these things.”

That right there taught me that, although many are “”religious teachers”, many do not understand what God's Word is teaching. Whether a Jewish Rabbi, Catholic Priest, Protestant Pastor, Guru or whomever....most don't understand or comprehend what God is teaching.....THEREFORE, I knew that I had to study God's Word in depth to find the truth, and NOT BE INFLUENCED BY WHAT SOME MAN IS TEACHING.

Jesus continued, “11”I assure you, we tell you what we know and have seen, and yet you won’t believe our testimony ...But if you don’t believe me when I tell you about earthly things, how can you possibly believe if I tell you about heavenly things? -No one has ever gone to heaven and returned. But I have come down from heaven...And as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so I must be lifted up, so that EVERYONE who believes in me shall have eternal life.”

Jesus intimated that His being “lifted up on a pole” would be his crucifixion on a tree.

This verse has been interpreted by many who “preach the Gospel”, that anyone who believes in God can have eternal life, but Jesus clarifies this later in Scripture. So just believing in God doesn't cut it.

Jesus' half brother James wrote this in James 2:19 says, “Thou believe that there is one God; you do well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”

Further in the Bible, false prophets were “preaching”, and a demon approached him and said, this: Acts 19:15 - “Jesus I know, and I know about Paul, but who are you?”

So even the devils believe in Jesus, but certainly are not going to heaven.

To me, the TEN MOST IMPORTANT WORDS THAT JESUS EVER SPOKE ARE FOUND IN John 14:2 - “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.......In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.”

JESUS SAID, “IF IT WERE NOT THE TRUTH I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU SO.”

That, to me, means everything Jesus has spoken is the truth so we should pay close attention to His words.

 We the people – are being brainwashed by Communism. They have taken leadership positions in the government, the media, Corporations, churches - and the public education system. You do NOT believe what I say (and that's fair), but if you Google the “1963 Communist Manifesto” you will find what their agenda has been since then. Let me pull out the pertinent agenda items published in YOUR Congressional Records in 1963....AND ALL OF THESE HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED!

 GOVERNMENT - Item # 15. “Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.”They have captured the new Democratic Progressive (aka Communist) Party and many Republican office holders.

MEDIA - Item # 21.“Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.”

CORPORATIONS - Items #36 and 37 -“ Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.- Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

CHURCHES – Items # 27 and 28 - “Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.” - Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

PUBLIC EDUCATION - Items # 17 and 18 - “Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.-18. Gain control of all student newspapers.”

AGAIN – ALL OF THESE HAVE NOW BEEN ACCOMPLISHED BY COMMUNISM.

So, with Communism taking control over everything that touches your mind and the minds of your children on a daily basis, do you really believe that there's nothing wrong in America that affects thinking?

Everything the above POWERS do is aimed at softening the minds of students who grow up to be adult leaders who search for the right places to become leaders in unions, the media, churches, education and business and it's all aimed at eventual CONTROL over your mind...body and soul!

With the PROOF that you have now read for yourself, isn't it time for YOU to begin finding the truth for yourself?

Although God's Plan for the world is unfolding now (according to what HE had prophets write down in His Word – the Bible, at least you can now be prepared for what is coming ----SOON!

This revelation alone so far should demonstrate WHY people are falling away from being called “Christian” and why church attendance has fallen from about 70% just prior to 2000 to below 47% in 2023.

Of course, the Catholic church priests accused of sexual molestation turned many Catholics away from attending churches.

When Bakker, Swaggert and Falwell Jr. were guilty of sexual misconduct, that turned many Protestants from church attendance.

Covid brought about a decline in church attendance, but many who attended never returned.

Public education has taught YOUR KIDS that “religion” is outdated, ancient and has no place in today's modern society.

The media is steeped in anti-Bible shows, news, TV, magazines...you name it by promoting free sex, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism, now transgenderism via the LGBTQ Community. Really bad language permeates TV shows and the movies, songs and other forms of media...like social media websites, podcasts...you name it.

Those of YOU who deemed yourself a “CHRISTIAN” believe that it just means non-Jewish or that it simply identifies with doing good works - or it's another word for GENTILE!

To BE a “Christian” and gain access to heaven is spelled out in God's Word....the Bible.

So, let's find out who can and cannot be given the gift of ETERNAL LIFE. To have that gift from God requires following what He tells us in His Word...the Bible.

If you do NOT have the promise of ETERNAL LIFE, you do have the PROMISE THAT YOU WILL END UP IN THE “LAKE OF FIRE”...HELL!

You have already read John 3:3 with me – where it reads,“Unless a man (or woman) is 'born of water and of the Spirit , he or she CANNOT enter heaven.”

Therefore, you have already met the first requirement by being “born of water”. How then do you become “BORN OF THE SPIRIT”?

Luke 11:13- tells us, “So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.”

Jesus said, “YOU MUST ASK GOD TO GIVE YOU HIS HOLY SPIRIT.”

Be careful now, lest you think all you have to do is ASK GOD to give you His Holy Spirit – period.....that's not how it works!

To receive God's Holy Spirit means that you are forgiven of your sins and His Holy Spirit is a gift to you.

How then, do we ask and how then do we receive God's Holy Spirit – which seals His promise of eternal life in heaven?

 Ephesians 1:13 reveals this: -”And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago.”

So, when do we truly BELIEVE IN CHRIST?

Jesus Himself answers that question in John 14:6 - “Jesus said, “ I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

What does that mean...no way to come to the Father (God) which is in Heaven unless you go through Him?

Jesus says, the way to THE LIFE...meaning eternal life..is only through Him. So, SALVATION comes only through Jesus who has always told the TRUTH.

Romans 10:9 tells us, “If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. “

If you decide using your FREE WILL to decide or NOT decide, to declare Jesus as your Lord & Savior , YOU WILL BE SAVED.....saved from The Lake of Fire and saved into Heaven.

Can we be SAVED by calling upon Mary, Peter, the Pope, a Guru, a priest? No. God is CLEAR about one name by which we can be SAVED...in Acts 4:12 - “There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”

Which name was the apostle Peter referring to when he spoke to the Jewish leaders after Christ was crucified?

 Let's read from Acts 4 8-12 - “Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers and elders of our people, are we apostles being questioned today because we’ve done a good deed for a crippled man? Do you want to know how he was healed? Let me clearly state to all of you and to all the people of Israel that he was healed by the powerful name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, the man you crucified but whom God raised from the dead. For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.

‘There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name (but Jesus) under heaven by which we must be saved.”

Peter said this in 1 Peter 1:23 - “For you have been born again (born spiritually – the second birth) , but not to a life that will quickly end. Your new life (your new spiritual birth) will last forever (eternally) because it comes from the eternal, living word of God.”

So, to end this series, God says you are a “CHRISTIAN” when you ask Jesus to come into your life, forgive you of your sins, (to repent), acknowledge that HE is Lord and Savior, and then, He will give you the gift of eternal life and His Holy Spirit will be with you throughout your life on the earth.

The famous Bible verse found in many locations, signs and sports backgrounds is John 3:26....”For God so loved the world (YOU) that He gave us His only begotten Son....that WHOSOEVER (you) believeth on His Son shall have eternal life.”

And tol wrap it up completely, God said, in John 3:3....”UNLESS A MAN (OR WOMAN) IS BORN HUMAN THEN BORN SPIRITUALLY, HE (OR SHE) CANNOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.”

Can we get into heaven by doing good deeds (like most religions use to deceive their congregations).....??? The clear answer from God is found in Ephesians 2:8-9 - “For it is by (God's) grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Yes....as good as Granny was....by her good deeds like going to church, giving money to the church, praying, helping the poor and needy, she won't be in heaven UNLESS she called upon the one name that brings salvation...Jesus, and asked Him for forgiveness of her sins, and acknowledged that He is Lord & Savior of mankind and that He died on the cross for her sins and that he rose again on the 3^rd day....John 14:6 repeated....”There is NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN by which we can be saved.”
