Grief

I lost my dear Christian mentor from my early Christian days at the University of Illinois on August 31, 2022. He died very suddenly from an acute leukemia that came out of the blue. He didn't suffer--a great way to go for one of God's chosen ones! One minute, your body just isn't feeling well and the next minute, your spirit is in heaven with the Lord Jesus and your brother, Doug. I struggled a lot with depression back then, as did Thom, and he helped me so much to gain God's perspective of me from the Bible as another of God's chosen ones. He is the one that really taught me to study the Bible. I'll be eternally grateful to God and him for that. I pay highest tribute to God and His work in Thomas Logan McCumber today. Dear brother, Thom, I'll see you in heaven very soon. I believe that the Resurrection/Rapture will happen sometime between Nisan 1 (March 29), 2023 and Nisan 1 (April 9), 2024, so it won't be long.
