Prophecy

I'm inclined to believe that this is an end-times verse. Just as there were 120 years of God's judgment through demonic activity before Noah's 600th year, so we are near the end of 120 years of God's judgment through Satanic and demonic activity before the 6000th year, 2030/31. They began with WW1 and the pestilence of the Spanish flu, then came WW2 and the Holocaust and nukes, 9/11 and terrorism, and now the pestilence of COVID and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

 

Earlier, I surmised that the 10 plagues of Egypt were prophetic of the last 10 years before King Jesus returns. I thought that they might be paralleled perhaps by 3 years of God's judgment by COVID and then 7 years of God's judgment, centered around Israel, when the Jewish Antichrist is on the scene. However, another key sign which essentially initiates the first 3 years is the beginning of the 2 lambs per day daily sacrifices in Israel. As far as I am aware, these sacrifices have not yet begun, however an altar for them was dedicated at Mitzpe Yericho, southwest of Jericho, last December 6. Actually, I now expect them to begin any day now, perhaps on Purim, or Nisan 1 or on Passover. Keep your eyes open for these.

 

So, I am now inclined to believe that we have just entered the last 10 years of plagues after the 3 years of COVID pestilence (2019, 2020, 2021). Interestingly, God did give Moses 3 signs to perform before the 10 plagues: his staff that became a snake, his hand that turned leperous, and water that turned to blood. The Hebrew word for "plague" by the way comes from a root, meaning "flame," which is very appropriate for God's final coming judgment by nuclear fire.

 

Very interestingly, if I am correct, these last 10 years have begun with the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, which heads the end-time 10-nation empire of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the daughter of the USSR, which used to include 15 nations. So, the 10 plagues are prophetic of the last 10 years, as are the 10 nations. Very sadly, God's judgment shown against Ukraine right now is but a microcosm of His coming judgment on the whole world by nuclear fire. Of course, He accomplishes this judgment through Satan and the demons and unelect human beings.

 

As I have written in another article on this site, I believe that the Bible indicates that Putin will be assassinated today or within about 3 years and the Jewish Antichrist will replace him. Keep your eyes on Putin's right-hand military man, General Valery Gerasimov.
