An empty tomb, a risen Savior
beckons us to live with His favor.
to give should be our great behavior
He said to give and not receive
is more blessed so let us believe
ponder this truth and so conceive.
Conceive the cruelty of men as seen
on a scarred furrowed brow
and a spear pierced side
thrusted on Jesus Christ who died
His grace to come,
a new song to sing.
to our resurrected King.
An empty tomb, a risen Savior
is a miracle to savor
Now go spread both near and far
