In your life let it never be
That you worship any God but me.
Let it never in your life be found
That you to another god bow down.

Let it never be your awful shame
That you misuse God's holy name.

Let the Sabbath be a special day
When you from all work stay away.

Let it of all days be the best,
A day of freedom and of rest.

Honor always your father and mother,
Love them just as they love one another.

Love and respect every man's life,
Never taking it by gun, violence or knife.

And along with respecting every man's life,
Never have sex with another man's wife.

You can also show your respect is real
By never another man's property steal.

Never against your neighbor lie,
Nor let false testimony from your lips fly.

When your desire is strong, rise above it,
And for all that is your neighbor's, do not covet.
