Christians, even in America, have been under attack. Our principles, values, and even the right to worship is being threatened. At a Bible study I attended Wednesday night, the leader said that Christians today cannot be neutral; we can't be complacent.

The Bible warns us not to be luke warm towards God.

For awhile, America had become Christian friendly, after a break after the Great Depression, which was also a spiritual depression. But now the counter culture, which has been eating away at America's Christian fabric bit by bit for the past several decades, through the media, the educational and political system has gotten powerful, brazen!. They have been trying to destroy the nuclear family and our faith, which the nuclear family fosters.

I have noticed that Christians have started to fight back. Maybe the left has awakened a sleeping giant and we will have a Christian revival! Despite the cancel culture's moves to shut us up, we have become active in getting the Christian conservative message and have made progress, such as making the authorities back off preventing people from going to church services. Texas and Missippi lifted the mask mandate and businesses may operate the way they were before

One stategy to stop people from gathering together at church is misinformation, spewed by people in authority and parroted by the media, no questions asked. We should not have a spirit of fear and should think straight and find the truth. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem pointed out that CDC head Anthony Fauci told her that on her worst day, her state would have 10,000 COVID patients in the hospital. In reality, recently there were about 600!

We need to learn to search scriptures and subscribe to sound science and become more discerning. The Bible addresses being of sound mind. It's also good if we select good Christian books and movies, even games, for ourselves and for impressionable childen, as a counter to the garbage spewed by many public schools, the media, and entertainment. I am blessed regularly when I listen to K-Love, the Christian music station, which has edifying commentary as well as music.

Unbiblical teaching in churches is a factor in the decline of Christian influence in our country. Research shows that that support among Americans for same-sex marriage has grown from 31 percent in 2004 to 55 percent in 2016. This support is growing about the same for churches – for the progressive ones, which maybe higher now. It's important to find and support a strong church that has a strong fidelity to scripture, which doesn't cave into the world.
