The world has become just as the Bible predicted in the final days of the Age of Grace. I am looking forward to my eternal home. What will it be like to see Jesus’ face?

When I am caught up to meet Him in the air, which could be very soon, it will be a great reunion at morning, night, or noon.

My earthly home will be left behind, along with my worldly goals. But I am no fool to lose the whole world to gain my eternal soul.

This world is not my home; I am only passing through. Jesus has promised a much better place where I will meet my loved ones too.

There will be no more pain or sadness or death; in God’s presence I will be. There will be no more heartaches or struggles of life, but total victory.

My world will have been left behind with all its earthly cares, but Jesus made it possible. He took my sin to bear.

I may cry when I meet my Jesus, because I don’t deserve His grace. It’s only because of what He did on the cross that I will reside in my eternal place.

The time of my departure is at hand and drawing very near. It won’t be long before I see the outcome of my faith long held so dear.

Whether days or months or years away, there is still much to do. To proclaim the gospel far and wide, God has called us, me and you.

We must get our life in order for that blessed day, when God will call us up together because we sought His ways.

So as we prepare to leave this world to our eternal glory, may we all rejoice in our hope, and with others share His story.
