“The winds of war are blowing into Israel again.” This was stated by the Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff, Aviv Kohavi. He warned that Israel is facing a threat of conflict in both the north and the south, forcing the military to rapidly prepare for war.

     Prime Minister Netanyahu and other government leaders all are warning of the dangers rising up against Israel from the northeast. According to an article by Emily Jones posted on CBNNews.com, Israel defense forces have been deployed to the country’s north border to prepare for a possible attack.

     Thousands of years ago, it was foretold under divine inspiration, in Ezekiel 38:6, 38:15, and 39:2, that enemy forces would gather against Israel “from remote parts of the north.” 

     This is just another example of how literal and specific Bible prophecy is being fulfilled as we approach the Tribulation Period and the return of Christ.

     Wake up if you have been sleeping. Even the average pastor does not talk about prophecy. Luke 21:34-36 warns us to “be alert” as to what is happening in the world. All prophecies are converging now. 

     There is a God who is in control, and everything is progressing according to His agenda and timing. Each and everyone of us is accountable to Him. We either accept or reject Him. The consequences are life eternal in his presence or eternal separation.
