Do you believe in a literal and physical rapture? I mean, do you really, really believe that a time is coming when all people who have put their trust in Jesus Christ will be physically removed from Planet Earth and instantly be called up to the presence of the Lord?

     This means that you, without experiencing natural death, will no longer be living on Earth. It means that your children and grandchildren who are believers, or too young to be accountable to God or make an informed decision, will not be growing up on Planet Earth! Let that sink in! Now, do you still choose to believe in a literal rapture?

     Do you really believe that those who are asleep (meaning have already died) in the context of I Thessalonians 4:13-15, will physically rise out of their graves, and together we will meet the Lord in the air? 

     Do you really believe that “...in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye...we shall be changed...and the mortal will put on immortality, as is stated in I Corinthians 15:52-53?

     If you really believe all of this, do you believe this will take place in our generation? All the prophetic signs leading up to this event and the end of the Age of Grace are being literally fulfilled right now, in case you haven’t noticed. Since this is true, there is good reason to believe that we will also be literally caught up.

     We could be all of a sudden leaving this life without dying! There are two questions to ask here. How are we living our lives from day to day? What are our priorities? 

     Everything hinges on how much we take Bible prophecy literally! And it is better to take it seriously and be prepared than to not take it literally and be left behind.
