low flyin’
Nuf of dat
Chick’n Little livin’

Nuf of bein’
‘neath the storm
with freakin’ out
and flippin’ out

Rise up
on dat storm
Don’t hide
Just find
dat flow
and ride
and go.

You were meant for this
Don’t resent this
It’s part of your process

Makin’ you stronger
and wiser
and kinder
and ultimately un-prideful

It’s breakin’ you
while makin’ you

Yep,
you learn
from the good
and the bad
and the ugly – the real ugly
(demon ugly)
and the really good
(God)

Dark spirits are real
but so is
Yahweh
Just watch Him
pull your through

You are getting
to know Him
to trust Him
to surrender
deeper
and mostly
finding you love Him.

It’s building your faith
It’s shaping your character
as you are finding your place
in His feathers
in this crazy weather

It is making you what
a complacent
conventional
conforming
lukewarm Christian
will never be.

It’s making
an eagle
out of you
It’s setting you
free.

If you gotta scream
then scream
but then
catch the
Spirit's stream
