Love is originated from the love of God. God himself is love. His love is expressed through the sacrifice of His own Son, Jesus Christ.

Perhaps we think that we know so well of God's love for us...maybe some of us think that we deserve His love for us...because in many ways we contribute to local church, community, we help people in need without hesitation and we might go astray in our hearts thinking how good we are and we surely deserve God's love. Hang on a minute here.

God's love is undeserved favour to sinners...no one deserves His love.
No matter how good you appear in front of people...God doesn't impress much with your doing. His doing deserves all of our attention here.

Let us remain humble at all times, recall how much His undeserved kindness is towards us, and think no highly of ourselves but to glorify what God has done in our lives.

We should never think highly of ourselves or even think that we deserve anything good from God. We need to truly understand what God's love is towards us, it is undeserved favour, not something we deserve to get and receive.

Love like Jesus.....
How???
Do you criticise people who are outside of the church?
Do you value only people at church, you talk good about them and yourselves but with the outsiders, you talk bad about them....?
Do you think you are so much better than non-christians?
Do you mistreat the non-christians?

Or do you love them enough that you get criticised by non-christians, you get hated by them for the sake of the Gospel????

Love like Jesus....
Do you throw people the first stone but ignoring what you did wrong in God's sight?
Do you feel like you've got God's back when you did wrong, you take sins lightly becuase you think God won't punish you? And so...you point your fingers at those non-christians because they don't have God's back for them.
Do you think that you have it all just because you go to church but others don't?

let us summon our own hearts daily and see if anything in us that are the hindrance for God's love to flow through us to others.

We are His channel to flow through His love to others....We are His channel to love others, not to hate those who do not know God...let me remind you here, God came to save the world not to condemn the world, if you are constantly condemning non-christians, beware of whom you believe in, the God we believe in, He is ever loving, He is ever true, He is ever merciful, He is ever gracious, watch yourself if you are gracious, merciful towards outsiders and so that you are clear of whom you actually believe in. Let me say that again. God so loved the world that He gave His only Son......He came to save the lost, not to condemn the lost, amen.

This is truly our God, and His heart for the lost. Let us be His true followers, follow His path to love others...to truly love others, so that we can be truly love Like Him. AMEN AND AMEN.
