Encouragement
Dear friend,
I'm so glad we're greatly blessed, all because of Christmas, that's the birth of Jesus Christ the second and last Adam. To be blessed by God like we now are, is simply to be supernaturally empowered, enabled, and assisted to succeed, excel, and blossom in every capacity! This is the height of divine favor, honor, and glory. Certainly we're most privileged to be singled out for this.
But it all started with a terrible curse and death from the sin we inherited from the first Adam, who blew it, enslaving and making us obsequious to the hideous power of sin. Rom.5:12-19. To be cursed is to be supernaturally enabled to fail in every capacity. Glory to God that Jesus Christ redeemed us and blessed us in spite of our crippled, maimed, and distorted destinies! Gal.3:13, 14.
This great and joyous season is not only for celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, but also the season to remind the Devil and celebrate his total and very shameful defeat. Jesus Christ did it all! He took upon Himself our entire sins and gave us His entire (the only God-approved) righteousness that qualifies us for eternal life! This is simply awesome! 2Cor.5:21; 1Pet.2:24.
In addition to this, Jesus Christ took our sicknesses, diseases, and infirmities upon Himself when He deliberately took those piercing stripes, giving us His sound, vigorous, and bountiful divine health in exchange. No sickness or disease can withstand this powerful gift! Now, this is surely amazing! Matt.8:17; 1Pet.2:24; Isa.53:1-12.
Furthermore, the King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus Christ, who's far wiser and richer than even Solomon the wisest and richest king, (Matt.12:42) condescended once more for our sakes. He became deliberately poor/bankrupt, exchanging his entire wealth with us! 2Cor.8:9. His entire wealth He gave us at no cost, but as undeserved free gift and inheritance! Gal.3:13, 14; Gal.4:1-7.
Today is Christmas day, look at the amazing blessings and gifts of impeccable Righteousness, infallible Health, and superabundant Wealth, and so many other auspicious gifts we have received all because Jesus Christ was born! This is absolutely unfathomable!
There's nothing we can give in return for these except our wholehearted gratitude, absolute obedience, and reverent worship to God Almighty for Jesus Christ. He's worthy to receive ALL the glory ALL the time!
Have a Merry Christmas and a Bountiful New Year in God's awesome presence.
