Spiritual Challenges Introduction

Every true Christian believer is part of a big spiritual war—a battle between good and evil. God, His good angels, and His people stand and battle against our God’s enemies: Satan, fallen angels, principalities and powers in heavenly realms, and people who war against God. You can read about this battle in several books in the Bible, including but not limited to Ephesians and 1 Peter. I will be, Lord willing, writing several pieces about various aspects of this great spiritual battle.

This section of Testimonies, Tips and Tidbits speaks about challenges we all face during our part of the spiritual battle and some challenges I encountered in my classes and my life. These were classified as “spiritual challenges” because I believe they have their root in the fall of mankind, the human condition, and the great spiritual battle between God and His allies, and Satan and his allies.

As you read through the spiritual challenges and other separate articles, please remember that human beings can’t truly understand God’s ways. He is so much greater and wiser, in every way, that we cannot even comprehend Him.

 Some of the spiritual challenges include Bits, Bytes and Pieces, Head Knowledge without Heart Knowledge, Human Wisdom verses God’s Wisdom, and Choosing Law or Life.
