The blessed life filled with the ever overcoming light.

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

John 1:4-5 NKJV

The Lord has made us in His own image and breathed into us the breath of life. He has always provided the best to us. With the life God has given to us, He has also given us His light so we may shine for His glory.

This blessed life (new life) from God which comes as a result of accepting the Lord as our personal Savior through the born again experience, the Lord has removed the darkness from within us, all the sin and filth in which we probably once lived has gone and now what we possess is the light of the Lord. This blessed light in us (the Holy Spirit) is such a wonderful gift that we can spread this also to others and bless them when we testify about the goodness of the Lord and His mighty deliverance.

The darkness as much as it may try cannot comprehend (understand) this blessedness and thus has no power against it.

Let’s thank the Lord for this blessed life full of His light which can never be overcome, but which will overcome every sin and temptation that comes its way and thus lead us triumphantly to eternal glory.
