When I look in the mirror
All I see
Are the people who have come
From the family tree
I Look in my eyes
Down deep in my soul
I see my mom
generations unfold
My aunt's red hair
My dad's pouty lips
My mom's side of build
Unfortunately the hips
I see my grandma's nose
Her creamy fair skin
Her hard working hands
That's gentle within
All of my family
Put together in one
Making up one of God's children
Who is loved by His Son.
