We all like a good tasting fruit
From a tree, a plant, or a root.
We stand under fruit trees gladly.
We got to have some very badly.

People also bear fruit like a tree.
Around friends we do like to be.
They exhibit many virtues indeed.
Their fruits satisfy a certain need.

Christians seek to be in fellowship.
Fruits of Christ build up friendship.
These Fruits are building blocks
Uniting us together, God's Flocks.

Fruit upon fruit Christ is built up.
The Body of Christ's Fruit, we sup.
We are forming a spiritual temple.
Offering to God Christ-Fruit ample.

You will know these fruits easily.
They bless you very pleasingly.
Some are love, joy, and patience.
Others are peace, and temperance.

We must not forget dear kindness,
The Good Lord gives us goodness.
To Him we pledge our faithfulness.
Oh, How these fruits do define us!
