BLINDED EYES

All this jibber, jibber jabber ... Of what must now be put in place
No mention that our Father ... Needs to see us on our face
He has honored our demands ... To be left alone
Not believing we've been damned ... What's evil now condoned

All the world wars ... Has driven the mother's from the hearth
And what was good is now deplored ... As the family home is torn apart
Our daughters no longer taught ... To create a safe haven
They have now all truly bought ... The subtle lies of the wicked Satan

Don't tell me what to do ... Or how to live my life
I will do as I choose ... I will live in the night
Pleasure and excitement ... Is how I choose to live
Don't talk about repentance ... There is nothing to forgive

Arrogance and pride ... Inherited at our birth
Don't even try to hide ... Believing in our worth
But there will be a few ... Who sought and found the truth
While the world ignored the clues ... And demanded to see the proof

When the “True Church” has left ... There will be some blinded eyes that open
But will now be facing death ... For refusing the offered pardon
So you must be aware ... That the best that's in this world
Simply does not compare ... With what the heavens will unfurl

So stand and face a mirror ... Take a look inside yourself
Do you not see the fear ... Of being destined to a fiery Hell
You're not as good as you think ... There is not a single one
We have all taken the drink ... That separates from the Son

The wages for the sin that's in us ... Is death … And that's the truth
But they've been paid by who we trust ... In faith ... No need for proof
So now you either believe ... Or pay the price yourself
Accept this truth and be freed ... Or face a burning Hell
