"A Dark World in Need of Light"

Our world is in need of Our Father's Light.
We must all pray for His spiritual insight.
What does understanding the atom count,
If we reject Jesus' Sermon on the Mount?

The world has achieved scientific brilliance.
Without exhibiting true Godly conscience.
Countries have become nuclear giants
Demonstrating behavior of ethical infants.

God has not called His children to isolate.
He has called us to go boldly and infiltrate.
It is possible to impact the world for Christ.
We do not have to compromise what's right.

God will protect us always from the evil one.
He has poured out His love to us in His Son.
We are not of the world and its 'dark ways'.
A life of Light flows from The Ancient of Days.

If Heaven is what we want some day to obtain,
Keep the eternal rules heaven has ordained.
A world of Light starts in each of our hearts.
By shining God's Light we each do our part.
