As a Christian I tell you the truth,
Not to be rude or sound uncouth;
I would not lie with what I tell you,
Everything that I say is true.

The Holy Spirit as well as me,
With my own thoughts to help you to see;
I have much grief and endless heartache,
That during the night keeps me awake.

For I wish that I could be condemned,
On everything that I have penned;
About Christ for the sake of others,
That have been my sisters and brothers.

They are all the adopted children,
Being in Christ both men and women;
And they have the glory of the Lord,
Who they give their love and have adored.

Teachings of Moses and true worship,
Gives us the promise of fellowship;
That grows in our human nature,
Making us into a new creature.

The Messiah descended from kin,
As a path to rid us of all sin;
And is God over everything,
Forever blest what the heavens bring.

It's not as though that His word has failed,
Nor having new commandments unveiled;
From Zion not all descendants of,
Abraham rather through God's love.

Children born of and through the promise,
Are not starting out as a fetus;
And not as a new birth through the womb,
Rather to be raised up from the tomb.

For the children being not yet born,
On this planet that they will sojourn;
Neither did anything good or bad,
Should show gratitude of being glad
