WHO IS GOD

What kind of fool, would fight with a God … A God of any
kind
With thunderous lightning and a mighty rod … He will just whip their foolish behind
A stupid little man, made of clay … Stands up and shakes, his little fist
Thinks He is God, with none to obey … But he will soon, be totally dismissed

From a hill on Golgotha, We’ve been given a chance … To know who we truly are
In His own body, He took the lance … That the foolish call bizarre
It was the shedding, of His own blood … The payment for what we deserve
And this was done, out of pure Love … His little creatures, His wish to preserve

This is the God, and there is only one … And it surely is not you
From Him came His begotten Son … And this is the only truth
But He won’t have you; if you don’t want Him … He will let you go
You are free to die in your sins … And join up with our evil foe

It’s all winding down, time is getting short … What you choose will last forever
It will either be, a Glorious Resort … Or a wailing, gnashing teeth cadaver
So humble yourself, and admit to the truth … That you cannot save yourself
We have all known, from our youth … That there is a burning Hell

So there you have it, once again … JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!
And the day is coming that He will reign … And there will be none, who will ignore
