Well, yet another morning where I woke up earlier than I wanted. I really dislike waking up to dreams of any kind, because rarely are they complete. If they were good, we didn't get to see how it ended, and want desperately to go back to sleep and pick up where we left off; or if they are seemingly disturbing like mine was this morning, they tend to stay with us throughout the day. I woke up this morning a little after 4 am on the side of a tall mountain holding Janice's hand as she was hanging helplessly in the air. But at the last moment, with a strength I obviously do not have, I did not just pull her up, I slung her up and over me to safety, as I woke up. I was quite disturbed from waking from such a scary situation as I entered my place of solitude this morning to meet with the Lord. But after He helped me understand my dream, HOPE arose in me. He revealed my dream simply meant that I cannot save her, that is His job. But, He has appointed me as her protector, and when I, in my own strength cannot pull her to safety, He will give me the supernatural strength to do what I could not do on my own.

I really needed that assurance today as we go this afternoon for the results of the CT Scan. Throughout this entire 1,247 day war I know God has been with us every step of the way, because I know me; the peace and calmness I have experienced throughout each of these 5 major battles we have been in can be explained no other way. Philippians 4:7 says, "And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." That's it! You see, I am normally a very nervous person when it comes to these types of situations. But, God has given me a confidence in Him that ASSURES me, He's got this deal, and I don't have to worry.

Friends, whatever trails we find ourselves in, there is HOPE as long as we place our faith in Almighty God. He is the giver and taker of life. I know a few of you who the doctors have given very little hope. Science or medicine only goes so far, then comes God; and He has the final say so. I may not be in that situation personally, but the most important person in this world to me is; and that person is very much a part of me, my better half if you will. So I am not saying do as I say, and not as I do. I am saying, come on, follow us, and let's watch God perform miracles in each of our lives. I love putting God in the spotlight, because I KNOW, when He performs yet another miracle in our lives, I will have the opportunity to show the world what an amazing God we serve. But I also love watching Him bring VICTORY on others lives as well. So the stage has been set, now let's rise above our fears and show the world just how amazing our God is.
