We don’t believe God with human rationale or only when it makes perfect sense,
We believe him because his words are true in bringing all his precious promises.
God gives revelation as he tells of things that must take place as he unfolds his story;
First the rapture, then the great tribulation, then finally Jesus’ coming in great glory.
The rapture, imminent and unseen; bodies changed to glory, a miraculous sensation.
In a twinkling of an eye, the Church ascends toward God, a new home and perfection.
Given works of peace, the faithful will rest from all their sufferings and hard labor.
Yet the greatest gift is to be with the Father, each other, and Jesus Christ our Savior.
Invitations are sent, everything’s ready, “Come to the wedding banquet," Jesus has spoken.
Will we be rapture ready or refuse to go? Is sin our god? “Many are invited; few are chosen.”
Accept and be lavished; thrones to judge and choicest food; a celebration till the end of time.
We must wear the garment of salvation and robe of righteousness; be holy, or be left behind.
God gives Satan great power during the seven year tribulation when terror commences.
Chaos, confusion, earthquakes, and tsunamis, hide in caves; the last shaking is immense.
Satan’s lies and deception cause many to blindly follow him before Jesus’ final rescue.
Don’t take the mark or worship the beast, you can still be saved; make Christ your refuge.
Following the tribulation is Jesus’ second and last return, when he’ll give full recompense.
Before that great and dreadful Day of the Lord, no one should be straddling the fence.
As judge, he’ll divide people one from another as a shepherd divides sheep from goats.
Those who’ve done good, resurrected, those who’ve done evil, condemned; it’s no hoax.
Jesus’ final dramatic arrival on ‘The Day of the Lord’ will indeed convince,
All people to bow their knees and quickly remove every earthly pretense;
That there’s no other king, prince, authority, or dominion with greater power;
So get prepared; get set; comprehend the reality of this approaching hour.
Our deeds on earth follow us to heaven; oh how great is our reward as a believer.
Rewards turn to crowns that the righteous will lay at Jesus’ feet, our blessed redeemer.
A crown of victory, crown of righteousness, and crown of rejoicing are only a few,
Given to the righteous according to what they have done, both Gentile and Jew.
Get your life right with God, our Creator and Sustainer; don’t live unholy,
Or be unforgiving, prideful, arrogant, nor lovers of self, sin, things, or money.
On the contrary, turn away wholeheartedly from all these awful offenses,
Pray and worship God while he secures and fortifies our spiritual defenses.
If you wait ‘til tomorrow or the next day, it may be too late to repent;
Headlines cry, “The end is near” echoing of this unstoppable event.
So much death, sin, lawlessness, natural disasters, and destruction,
How can we possibly avoid the most significant and pressing questions?
What will happen in the days to come and will we choose life?
Will we desire Christ most and give up this life of sin and strife?
Earth will definitely not last, and heaven will surely pass away soon.
Without Christ, what will be left but a lake of fire and eternal doom.
If you chose to not trust God, your folly will lead you to this horrible place;
Separated from God, in constant torment, despair, loneliness, and pain;
Devoid of Christ, only darkness and terror are sure to come your way.
There’s no hope in Hell; for eternity you’ll be a prisoner with no escape.
Lost soul put your faith in Jesus Christ, for his power and love never fails.
He is much greater than all the earthly kingdoms and all the mighty angels.
He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for all sin, and rose from the grave.
“The Living One” now sits at his Father’s right hand, pouring out his grace to save.
A new life and peace is yours, simply seek him and say “I need you, Jesus Christ”.
You don’t have to beg, borrow, barter or steal, for he’s already paid the price.
Inward intimacy he desires most through a relationship with him; don’t go astray.
Let your heart hear, do the Father’s will, be sorry for your sin; be forgiven today.
For Jesus Christ, the hour unknown, shall come in the clouds one day soon,
To rescue all true believers that are heaven bound as he makes red the moon.
Before his coming, he will show wonders in the heavens and signs in the earth.
He will turn the blazing sun from bright yellow and bring heavy darkness forth.
Many people say “I would like to go to Heaven, a gorgeous and glorious place;”
Only entered by those, however, chosen according to God’s mercy and grace.
Heaven’s glory awaits the few that put their full trust in him, who has no end.
They drop to their knees falling face down, “Thanks! Praise!” as he brings them in.
What shall we say to him in this magnificent moment or will we be silent in awe?
Will we slump on the ground, tears of humility streaming as we grab hold his shawl?
What shall we call him? “Holy One, King of kings, my All in All, the Bread of Life,
Or “Daddy, Abba Father” as he takes us into heaven away from this land of strife?
As we humbly enter Heaven’s gates into his kingdom and magnificent throne,
For eternity call this peaceful resting place, now our beautiful eternal home.
As we live, laugh, have fun, and joy forever and ever in the Paradise of God,
Rejoicing and dining with friends and loved ones in a place with no flaws.
Death seems so final, but death for believers is not the conclusion of life.
Victory is ours for those whose trust is solely in our Savior Jesus Christ.
His redemption and promises are as certain as the sun will set and rise.
A life that lasts forever and his sweet presence face to face is our prize.
Rev 22:12-15 GNT
“Listen!” says Jesus. “I am coming soon! I will bring my rewards with me, to give to each one according to what he has done. I am the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”
“Happy are those who wash their robes clean and so have the right to eat the fruit from the tree of life and to go through the gates into the city. But outside the city are the perverts and those who practice magic, the immoral and the murderers, those who worship idols and those who are liars both in words and deeds.”
There is a day coming very soon that Jesus will shut out all evil doers and will rescue his chosen ones to Heaven. Jesus is coming sooner than most of us think. It could be as early as an hour, a week, or a month—it could occur at anytime. We must be ready, repented, living holy lives, anticipating and looking forward to his return (2 Timothy 4:8); not loving the things of this world (1 John 2:15). We must wear the garment of salvation, which is the undergarment, given when we ask Jesus to live in our heart. Additionally, we must wear the robe of righteousness which is the full outer outfit that we receive from God by living a holy and pure life. Because no sin is allowed in Heaven, we must be holy and without sin to go in the rapture, when Jesus comes in the clouds to call all true believers to come up to Heaven and live with him forever in the Paradise of God. As we submit to the Holy Spirit, he gives us power to overcome sin and we have washed our robes clean.
We need to pray that we are not left behind when the rapture occurs. Most people think they are going to Heaven but many will not. To be left behind during the great tribulation could mean that someone would possibly, out of fear or desperation, take the mark of the beast in their hand or forehead; then the Lord will not forgive them (Revelation 14:9-11). Without the mark, which is forced on everyone by the anti-Christ and the false prophet during the tribulation, no one can buy, sell, or work. By taking the mark, whether a Christian or not, there is no reversing it and they will be sent to Hell because receiving the mark is worshiping the devil, who is Satan, and they have rejected Jesus.
The Good News is that each and everyone can still accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior before the rapture takes place. Throughout the great tribulation, however, many will die a cruel and evil death in order to get to God and Heaven. The earth will no longer have the presence and peace of the Holy Spirit to restrain evil, except in the hearts of those who put their trust in God. Satan will have great power given by God and there will be great destruction until Jesus’ final coming seven years after the tribulation period begins.
I pray that our eyes will be open and our ears will not be closed to hear Jesus’ shout as he comes in the clouds when the Church is caught up to be with him forever.
