***LIBERTY***
''For brethren ye have been called unto liberty;only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh''

We live in a generation where there is great liberty.We hold democracy as our ideal where we have the power to make our own destiny as a people, where we have rights that free us from certain restraints. Liberty is an ideal, a quest that we all seek for, a place where we can be all that we have the potential to be.

Sadly, the world has mistaken bondage for liberty, in our generation there is continuous trend of people entangling themselves deeper in the desires of the flesh and mind and that has been mistaken as civilisation.

Only the Truth(Jesus) makes Free. True liberty exists in Christ. We are to use the liberty given to us which includes; to live above sin, to reign over the principalities and the powers etc for the profiting on the kingdom and not ourselves.
In the end of today's scripture it says 'but by love serving one another'
Liberty is for Service and not for Self to find expression.

How are you expressing your Liberty?

Central Truth: You are as free as Christ is. Don't be entangled again in the yoke of Sin.

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: Galatians 5:13

PRAYER:
Lord, help me to abide in you, give me a deeper understanding of this in Jesus Name.Amen
