In the morning of my life
You carried me within your womb
Your offspring, the jewel of your heart
Proud to have been born of you.

You were my morning star
The queen of my life
You gave me so much in life
Little could I do in return.

You left us in the morning hours
A loss so difficult to come to terms with
I wanted to hold on to the day
That saw you both with open eyes and closed ones.

Your traces will always remain in us
Our identity comes from being your other self
The legacy of your simplicity and inner strength
An irreplaceable one.

The memory of the final meeting
The love and embraces shared
Your voice so sweet and comforting
Are now my heart consoler through my tears.

Your fragrance reaches me from the sky
I feel your angelic presence so close to me
You may have gone away physically
But not even for a moment from my heart.

The gates of paradise are wide open
The Angels escort you to the Holy City
My Father awaits to welcome you
In an eternal anniversary of souls.

Goodbye beloved Mother!
Rest in peace in the safe arms of the Savior
Where no suffering can touch you now
No sorrow to pain your heart.

The crown of righteousness bestowed on you
A grand banquet prepared for you
To praise along with the legion of saints
Before the very throne of the Lamb.

Until, I behold my morning star again
Will look up to the celestial skies
You now shine as the Morning glory of Heaven
For countless days and infinite hours.
