Devotionals
In this world we have so many people including ourselves having presumptions and wrong presumptions when it comes to people and when we react to our presumptions our reactions are nothing else but sin.
For ex: for a brother or sister who is not speaking to us from some days, we try to presume that either he/she has started disliking me or probably he/she is now very proud and thus we react by either staying away from such a person or maybe hurt him/her with bitter words or reactions.
Would I be wrong to conclude that such wrong presumptions are flowed into our heart and mind by the devil for the Lord has specifically told us not to judge others..
“Judge not, that you be not judged” Matthew 7:1 (NKJV)
I believe the Lord told us to abstain from all presumptuous judgments because He knew that we would be wrong to judge and this widens our relationships with others.
Thus, may the Lord save us from such wrong judgments and may we keep on loving God’s people as He wants us forever.
God Bless,
Abraham
