Poetry
The Son of God became greater,
Than another liberator;
And will remain superior,
Since all angels are inferior.
No angels told you are His son,
Because of how well I had done;
Nor have I become His Father,
But you will remain His Brother.
An angel was not called a child,
No matter how tender and mild;
Nor God ever as their Father,
Or Christ considered their Brother.
When the Father to send His Son,
Worship by angels had to be done;
For they would be messengers He sends,
As flames of fire and the winds.
The throne of His Son to proclaim,
Would also be set up the same;
The scepter is to be the judge,
Never trying to begrudge.
Since you have walked within the light,
Because you have loved what is right;
And you have hated what is wrong,
With those things that do not belong.
At first He laid the foundation,
Giving the promise of salvation;
With His hands He gave us Heaven,
As well as the earth was given.
In time they will come to an end,
All gone will be both foe and friend;
But you will live on forever,
Foes in a footstool not sever.
