is a dangerous thing
so many things that
people dont know
would never guess
lie beneath the surface beneath the superficial
the safe
protected

You don't know me
you never will
until i
let you see
what's beneath
the ugly
the scary
the weaknesses

all you see is the strength
that erupts to the surface
the love that spills over
the perseverance
but it's lonely to think noone knows me
the frail me
who sometimes crumbles at a look
who wants what's not mine
who's afraid

full disclosure
is a dangerous thing, but the truth is
not a single
human can truly know another
without it
and THAT's lethal.
