Our Heavenly Father, who dearly loves us
disperse his angles to bear us up
For he knows when our strength is gone
so he sends mercy to refill our cup
Even in our daily travels, they are there
In the midnight hours, they camp around our beds
No, we may not see them, watching as we sleep
and they could be right there over our heads
In the morning they awake us with a touch
so we can be on our merry little way
He sends them ahead in wherever we go
so they can minister to us that day
For to God our souls are very precious
That's why his security is around the clock
he tells us not to fear, for his presence is near
so don't be surprised if you hear a little knock
Again to let us know that he sent them by
to sustain us in what we're going through
And his host is, the best guest, you can entertain
this is how much God Loves me and you
