Once more the tests of life is raging
yes, all loaded up with troubles
Rolling over here, no kindness no where
it's as if they each have doubles

Up from the deep, the trials did creep
coming with it's waves, of despair
Flowing inward and ourward, you can't name it
for it has, no good intentions to share

But, O' raging sea, you can't hold me
for my soul is in good hands
So rise up if you must, I'll keep my trust
in the one, who really understands

In the lowest valley's he sees me
through the depths of the ocean, he is there
In my darkest hours, he is faithful
and will both, mend and repair

My soul will not fret, nor will regret
of the trials that I have to face
It's a part of life, but I have my knife
to cut them off and leave no trace

O' sea I won't let you wipe me out
For God is banking for me to come through
What is a challenge if there's no spice
and what is a witness for to do

Someone has to swim with the sharks
not saying that this is fun
But when it's over you can take that break
and go on and enjoy the sun
