Who do you thank for your blessings?
Who do you thank when you hurt?
Who do you thank every mealtime?
Who do you thank for dessert?


Who do you bow down and worship,
When big quickly changes to small,
And success on the ladder you’re climbing,
Starts leaning like it’s going to fall?

Well I thank the Lord for my blessings
And I thank the Lord for my pain,
‘Cause I found a heart of thanksgiving,
Just has no desire to complain.

So if you’d like to learn to be thankful,
And you’d like to learn how today.
Seek out to know the Lord Jesus,
I’m thankful I did it that way.
