The Pink Ribbon
Known by varied names
Cinta Rosada, Ruban Rose
Nastro Rosa or Roze Lint.

A symbol of care; a sign of hope
A symbol of goodwill; a sign of moral support
Solidarity for a noble cause.
Social outreach for a global work.

The tiny pink ribbon
Silent and strong.
The message loud and clear
A feeling of oneness; An expression of being there.

The universal pink ribbon
Designed for the pink month.
Awareness a top agenda
Prevention a high priority.

The promising pink ribbon
A salute to those who won.
Who emerged victorious
Braving it all against the odds.

The salutary pink ribbon
A tribute to those who lost.
Who could not win the battle
Yet left a meaningful message to the world at large.
