Am I a chump?
Have I been stumped?
Did I make a 'faux-pas'?
If so, I am sorry.
Truly sorry -
Of 'hurting' the scholar;
The one who knows much.

Forgive me;
But I have a Heart for the lost,
Because I was once, one of those,
Who because of my actions,
Was destined for hell.

I have a heart for those
Who are crying out,
In their turmoils,
And crushed spirits.

I feel oppressed by the scholar
Who knows much.
All I wanted to do was touch:
The lives of those who struggle,
With fears, toils and troubles;
Those who feel not worthy
Of one touch from the King,
My Lord Jesus Christ.

Forgive me for trying to speak
What is in my heart;
The truth of God's word,
I tried to impart.

By grace; I will not show anger
At one who scorns.

Forgive me;
Those of you around,
In this circle of trust,
And word profound.

Forgive me;
That my knowledge
Is less than it should be.
