See the light of My countenance,
Bright as the sun above.
You may wonder,
“What could captivate My heart so?”

There is one, who so holds Me;
One who makes My heart soar.
He is in awe of My presence,
And is drawn to Me.

While I delight in all that I’ve made,
I rejoice in the one who turns to Me.
Him, I will bless with the lovingkindness,
That comes with My presence,
For he has drawn near.

Come near, and behold the everlasting love,
I’ve had for you.
I change not, and so will remain your foundation.
I will guide you by the hand.
You please Me, for you are Mine,
Your obedience is my delight.
You bless Me, as you come to Me.
My heart is drawn, as you pour out your heart.

You will always be My true joy.
