The Hope of Glory

To all the people of the world that have given up hope of eternal life and have been living a defeated life in this earth, it is time to realize what and who stands in your way in your drive to life after death. We as the people of God must offer the hope that Jesus Christ brought to us that we may mimic His Work in the earth. We must begin by bringing restoration again to man in every aspect of life. To do this we must restore man to their rightful place. So far we have succeeded in creating monsters. Hope for the world is that we go back to the Word, back to the beginning, to the Creation. It is imperative that man is restored to the place in life where their Creator put them in place after creating them; at the head of the family. Because the head is not seeing through the perfect eyes of God, the family is broken, there is no covenant relationship between God and man and no covenant marriages between men and women. There is a great lost; of respect in the world between the human race and no peace at home, church, or state. We must be ready to take on the challenge as Christians, take the baton and run with it to win the race. We must not give in or out. Be ready whether you are at home, work, church or play; what is in you will come out of you. We need to get the Word back into our lives and stretch out for the hope of glory once again.

Jesus in us is the Hope of Glory. Jesus did not take credit for anything He done for God. He did not feel left out of the Trinity because He came to earth. He came because He was that part of the Trinity that God breathe into man in the beginning. He showed us how we can live godly and holy in this world like God originally planned. God created man to the praise of His glory that they would praise him in the earth with true pure praise. Satan stole our joy but will we allow him to continue to come between us and God?

St. John 17:1-5 Jesus prayed for man before He was to leave the earth and go back to the Father. His intercessory prayer was this as He lifted up His eyes to heaven: He said Father, the hour is come; that he should give eternal life to as many as thou has given him, and this is eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth; I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

Genesis 1:1-2 in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth; and the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

St. John 1:1-4 in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

St. John 1:14 and the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Just as John witnessed who Jesus was so must we. We have not seen God or Jesus at any time but we believe that He is. God has given us power over the flesh that we don’t have to serve sin anymore. Jesus reproved the world of sin and brought righteousness back to man once again. What is happening to the world? We the people of God have neglected our call to duty. We are lazy and enjoy sitting in our worldly temples while the temple of God inside of us die. What else do we expect the world to do when we ourselves the example of who Jesus is dead? Jesus in his prayer prayed for the world, we pray for things. We are so messed up. Who sleep in those mansions we are building in the earth? Jesus took others with him; we deny a glass of water to the homeless. We are not ready for Christ to come back! If He came now even the very elect, the people sitting in authority in the Church would bust hell wide open. Not only that they wouldn’t recognized Jesus if He stood right before them. Jesus is already back. He came in the beginning and he is here now. He is in us, the hope of glory. Who is it or what is it that has stolen your hope?

Are we even interested in living once again? God Spirit still breathes life in man as He did in the beginning. Turn to God again. We have a choice to accept this new life. This new life we speak of is new life in Christ. It is after all He that have prayed for us and gave his life for us. We must be born again. Ezekiel was a prophet of God that walked along with the prophet Jeremiah who did not think he was good enough or even speech worthy of going to God’s people. Ezekiel’s name means God will strengthen. He was a child of the temple and grew up under Jeremiah. He began to preach at age thirty and did so for twenty two years. God called Ezekiel to the Prophetic office by a vision of the Glory of God. The vision in Ezekiel 37 concerned organizing the new nation that would connect the old and new Israel. God gave Ezekiel a promise of restoration. Ezekiel saw visions of the glory of God but he used allegories or parables, such as those of Israel foundling child in chapter 16, as a lioness in chapter 19, a stately cedar in chapter 17, as a vine doomed in chapters 15 & 19, and employed various symbolic actions depicting a mimic seize of Jerusalem on a brick in chapter 4, dividing his hair into three parts, one part being burned, one being struck with the sword, and a third scattered in chapter 5, lying also 390 days on his left side for the sins of Israel, and 40 days on his right side for the sins of Judah in chapter 4&5.

Ezekiel taught and among the many teachings were those of God about God. He is said to be more transcendal in his visions of the Lord Jehovah then his predecessors. He emphasizes those metaphysical attributes which express his relationship to created existence as a whole. God is not only omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, holy, moral, sovereign, living, God all over, but even evil done is ascribed to him in chapter 14:9. God gave Israel evil, deadly, and polluting laws to destroy them, chapter 20:11. Ezekiel condemned Israel in that there ways of sin would bring down the wrath of God upon them. He denounced his city in scathing reproach for the hand of God was strong upon him. The time Ezekiel came through in his Ministry was stormy and transitional. He was carried into captivity six years before the final fall of the Holy City of Jerusalem. Ezekiel kept the exiles of the nation from despair. He was the first to discern the streaks of dawn. He experienced opposition from some of his people and he was obliged to refrain from speaking openly, being compelled to preach only in his own house. He also experienced times of silence when his voice was still. As a Prophet he always sat before the hearers lofty ideas.

He died at age 52. The enemy was constant in his work against God’s people. The Devil was there then to break the Spirit of God in the hearts of the Saints. Just as today the people of God offered stubborn resistance to Ezekiel’s moral teachings and others complained about being punished for the sins of their ancestors. God used Ezekiel to once again bring life to His people.
