Though the Scripture says believe and then you will see.
The world says show me and then I’ll believe.
If you want to see God you must first then believe.
And turn toward the Son so your life is retrieved!
Retrieved from a world that has hardened your hearts.
And blinded your eyes and put you on its charts.
If the Son couldn’t save you he’d have told you that too.
But he said follow Jesus and to him remain true!
The religion of this world seeks to deaden your hearts;
To call you its own and put you on its charts;
Jesus calls you plainly from unchartable seas.
He says turn and I’ll heal you, then come, follow me!
