The only thing holding me back is me.
As I’m trying to move from glory to glory;
He’s broken my shackles and removed all my chains.
There is only one thing that for me here remains!
My will should be his and his will alone.
Not half of his will and half of my own.
Oh what a wretch in this story I can be,
When my only desire is not bringing him glory;
So now once again on my knees here I fall.
To pray for his help and to answer his call,
Let your will be done in my life more and more!
I can no longer stand being this world’s whore.
