A survivor is one who knows the Truth.
Though he might not have known Him from his youth,
He listens and tries to do what is right.
Though sometimes it means a terrible fight,
He fights against flesh, yes the flesh he has known.
The flesh that he’s fighting is what he called his own.
If all the rest should go away,
And I’d be left here still today,
Then I’d still talk with you my Lord,
And never, ever, ever be bored!
Because what can a man give to purchase his soul?
And how grateful is he when he’s been made whole?
