I walked outside and looked at the sky.
Yesterday's rain was gone, now it was dry.
A few clouds were still lingering nearby.
I thought about the storm with a sigh
as storms in my life once seemed gigantic
because of so much fear and panic.
Clouds appear and the storms return.
God has lessons He wants me to learn.
He said He will never leave or forsake me.
This truth is proven when I look back and see
each day of my life He has given what I need
and shown me over struggles I can succeed.
