Poetry
In the beginning God penned the first stanza
And placed it in its due season.
The Almighty opened His first verse.
No, He did not need rhyme for His Reason.
Oh, but would it not be easy to rhyme
When you lie outside the limits of time?
Naturally, but is it an adequate display of power
When fifteen days to Him are but as one hour?
And who are we to place demands upon God
For are we not under the guidance of His Holy Rod?
We have a contract with Him that we must not breach.
So long as we do this, then nothing will be out of reach.
Remember, that He will always be with us
For who wishes to live without the Poet?
Who is it that can withstand without Beautiful Verse?
We all have purpose that we are to fulfill
Deny not the Godliness that is within.
And we must allow ourselves to be led by Divine Will.
Remember that He will always love us.
For who wishes to live without Love?
Who is it that can withstand?
Who is it that can withstand?
Who?
