God Sent Out A Warning

Jesus claimed to be God and Savior in the New Testament. “If you have seen the Father…you have seen me” “I and the Father are one.” “There is no other name under heaven by which you can be saved.”

Yet, there are many…countless many people on the planet today who do not believe anything that Jesus said in the New Testament. Yet, we find that God has declared that there is no other Savior besides Himself.

Isaiah 43:10-11 -“You are My witnesses,” says the LORD, And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the LORD, And besides Me there is no savior.”

So, how could Jesus claim to be God, the Father…and God, the Son….and God, the Holy Spirit….the Three in One? Jesus can make all three claims and they are all supported in the Old Testament by God Himself.

In Hebrews 1:5, Paul wrote –“For unto which of the angels said God at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?"

In Hebrews 5:5, Paul also recorded these words: “That is why Christ did not honor himself by assuming he could become High Priest. No, he was chosen by God, who said to him, "You are my Son. Today I have become your Father."

In the second Book of The Psalms, David wrote a warning that holds true today more than at any time in history:

“Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One. "Let us break their chains," they say, "and throw off their fetters." The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, "I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill." I will proclaim the decree of the LORD : He said to me, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. You will rule them with an iron scepter; you will dash them to pieces like pottery." Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him."

Last Sunday, Dr. Charles Stanley announced that there are legislative attempts to ban the use of the name of Jesus from any public forum. Of course this means that later, if legislations passes, the name of Jesus would be banned from radio, TV ministries - even churches where the public attends. God is warning America and the PROGRESSSIVES of the world that they ought to be embracing His Son, rather than conspire against Him!

On My 21, 2009...during the Obama administration, officials attempted to remove the inscription-"In God We Trust" from the new John Tyler dollar coin. Google it. They wanted to put those words on the ring around the coin...but, they were "bagged", and had to put it on the face of the coin.

A father is suing the city fathers in California because they have outlawed having prayer meetings...in the man's home!

It's coming, folks. You can sense that there is "something in the air". You are right.
