I get up in the morning,
And I wipe my tears away.
I wash my ugly face,
And I start a new day.

I have no life my life is filled with briers and thorns,
I can honestly say I have a thorn in my side.
It is there to keep me humble so I'll not be puffed up,
Beyond measure to keep me low minded til I die.

I've asked the Lord many times why this must be,
And I alway get an answer back so very plainly.
He speakes and this is what he says to me;
My grace is sufficient for thee,my grace is sufficient for thee!
