gently falling from above;
wrapping us in the softest folds,
this wondrous gift of love...

Our love is like the fluffy white clouds
that sail across the blue sky;
taking us we know not where,
God in the lead, we dare to try...

Our love is like the smallest waves,
lapping continually at the shore;
the joy comes new, fresh every day,
who could ever ask for more?

Our love is like a seed God planted,
and caused to spring forth and grow;
now the plant blossoms every day,
this bliss more than I thought I'd know...

Our love is like the gentle rain,
each drop refreshing anew;
and every day I say a thousand times
how very much I LOVE YOU!!

Our love is like the lightest of winds,
brushing lightly across my face;
the wonder of knowing that I am
in just the exactly perfect place...

Our love is like the sun's warm rays,
lighting and warming me;
showing the way, keeping me safe,
I'm the happiest I could ever be!!

Our love is a grateful prayer to God,
for giving us joy deep and true;
being together, two hearts made one,
oh the sheer wonder to say I LOVE YOU!!
