Prophecy

During worship service at church, I was impressed in my spirit of how God wants to, and is bringing the Church to the place of more intense worship of Him in Spirit and in truth. Being able to perceive by the Holy Spirit the truth of just how holy Jesus really is, then entering into His presence to worship Him in the beauty of His holiness. Worshiping the person of Jesus Christ. And you can’t have the presence of God without the Person because the presence IS the Person.

And as we enter in and give God true worship from out of our spirits, there is an exchange that takes place between the heart of God and your heart. We are blessed with God’s holy presence, which brings us another degree into His glory. We worship God from out of our spirits through the help of the Holy Spirit, and through the truth of God’s Word.

THE GLORY SPOTLIGHT:

It was in this attitude of worship with my eyes closed that I began to see a vision in the Spirit. I saw a shaft of golden light streaming down from the Father---coming directly out of the throne room. This golden light---the glory, emanated from God Himself. I saw that as I, or other’s worshiped, this light of God’s glory just engulfed you and you were caught up in His presence. “God inhabits the praises of His people.”

God is moving the Church into that place of more intimate and intense worship of Him. Worshiping Him in Spirit and in truth so that He can pour out more of His glory upon us, which is what He desires to do. We will see an even greater increase in pure worship of God in all forms, from preaching, music, the theater (Christian drama), dance, art, etc. Nothing will go unused to give God worship. Praise and worship of God neutralizes the enemy and enables the Church to win the victorys of warfare. Some have called this “warfare worship.” And it is.

As I continued to look at this vision, it was as if you were in a “glory spotlight,”and I felt myself caught up in His presence. Isaiah 60:1 came to mind, “Arise, shine, for your light has come...the glory of the Lord is risen upon you." This spoke to me of being a “light bearer” with the responsibility of carrying God’s glory on your shoulders as they carried the Ark of God’s presence in David’s day.

God is working by His Spirit to bring His manifested presence back into the Church today just as the Ark was brought into the Tabernacle and His Shekinah glory filled it. Whereas the Church in many places has only allowed the presence of God to come in to a low degree in the past, these people and all of God’s people are going to begin crying out with a new hunger for the presence of God to “come and abide.”

A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS:

I saw that this light was pure and what is pure of God has a transparent quality to it. I could also see that around this ‘spotlight of glory’ it was dark, but the light shown brightly in the darkness. And the brighter the light, the more it draws people to come out of the darkness and to that “Light.” I was reminded of how Moth’s are drawn from the darkness to a porch light if you leave it on long enough. This is the way people are going to come to THE Light, Jesus, in unprecedented numbers because they’re hungry for God, and nothing else will satisfy.
