My belly is full
with starches, vegetables and meat.
I have a roof over my head,
furniture for living,
and a sleeping bed.
I have clothes on my back,
shoes on my feet,
and legs to walk up the street.
I have a decent job.
I am not a stealer or beggar,
nor do I rob.
I have a handsome toddler son
who is a blessing
and I love a ton.
I have a car
to transport me all about,
near and far.
But most importantly,
I have plenty
with just having God in my life
and by my side.
His presence makes me satisfied.
"You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you." ~Joel 2:26 NAS~
