Topic: REMEMBER (10/19/17)
One of the most valuable gifts that GOD the Heavenly Father has blessed the human race with is a mind. With our mind we have the ability to learn and experience things in life. When GOD created man he made man after his own image and likeness. Therefore man consists of three parts 1.Body. 2. Soul 3. Spirit. The body is the house for our soul and spirit why we are here on this earth. However the Spirit and Soul of Mankind are eternal. The body is temporal. Now with that in mind I want to focus on the Soul of man which has 3 components. 1. Mind 2.Will 3.Emotions. The mind is different from our brain, although they work together why we live here on planet earth. You see the brain is an organ part of our mortal bodies. Once this mortal body expires our soul and spirit will crossover from time in to eternity. We will still have a mind which is part of our soul. Remember our soul and Spirit is eternal. With our mind we have a memory with the capacity to retain and recall the things we remember. We have a choice to remember good things or bad things that we have experienced in life. It is wise to focus on the good things. Perhaps some of us have had very treasured memories of past accomplishments and achievements which took great sacrifice. Thank GOD he gave you the strength and endurance to finish what you started! GOD has blessed us with a mind to remember and focus on things that encourage inspire and strengthen us. Now I want to focus on the words of Jesus found in the Bible in the Gospel of Luke 17:32 Remember Lot’s Wife. The Lord Jesus Christ begins to speak in prophetic terms to his disciples regarding the spiritual condition of mankind and the signs of the times prior to his return. From Luke 17:26-32, Christ mentioned two different Biblical people and the times which they lived. The first is Noah, now Noah was a righteous man in the sight of GOD the Heavenly Father. However he lived in a day when the earth was overflowing with massive violence. The Bible says in the book of Genesis 6, that man’s heart and thoughts were continually evil. Also the fallen angels defiled the human race by marrying mortal woman. However GOD used Noah to preach Righteousness for 120 years giving the people a 120 year period of Grace, but they mocked Noah and laughed at him. The judgment of GOD was imminent. Perhaps they thought Noah was Crazy because they never seen rain before. They continued marrying and eating and drinking but never repenting! Now let us look at Lot and Sodom and Gomorrah. Now the people of Sodom were marrying and buying selling building and planting with no regards to their corrupt spiritual condition. The Bible Says that In Gen: 18:20-21 that the wicked cry of the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah were so great he had to send the angels to verify this report! Abraham begins to pray and intercede and petition the Lord the Most High GOD for mercy his nephew Lot lived in the city of Sodom. This is a powerful picture of prayer and intercession but that is another message. However GOD in His Great Mercy sent Divine Intervention through angelic assistance. The angels came to Lot’s house to bring Supernatural Deliverance for the impending judgment that was about to be poured out on the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Lot and his wife his daughter’s and his Son in laws were all selected by GOD to receive this Divine intervention. Now the Son in laws was so carnal and consumed by worldly pleasures that they could not recognize their supernatural deliverance! The angels confirmed the report Sodom and Gomorrah was consumed with bold sexual perversion! Finally we must consider Jesus Words, Remember Lot’s Wife. The angels gave Lot and his family specific instructions led them out the city and said don’t look back! Lot’s wife looked back and became a pillar of salt, she cancelled her divine deliverance because of disobedience Lot’s wife heart was still in Sodom her soul was connected to the world. Christ Jesus is coming soon we must trust and obey. We need to remember the days we are living in now are prophetic times like Noah and Lot. Be encouraged Watch and Pray our Redemption is drawing near!

You had some good ideas and points in this piece which I think could be more effective by breaking up the one long paragraph into several shorter ones. Keep up the biblical studies!
