When these two people dwell together and are dedicated to God's glory, they reach their full effectiveness undefeated.

Man shall leave his father and mother; he shall be joined to his wife
The two shall love each other; as one, they embark on a new life
Here is Victor and Victory; team husband and wife!
Neither is better than the other; they jointly fall or rise

Hand in hand they exist together although both imperfect
Husband and wife united, for each other are perfect
Complementing each other; both experience a completing effect
Connected they succeed together and fail in disconnect

A relationship like no other; intentional love and submission
Mutual understanding of grace and forgiveness for every season
Can two walk together except they’re on one mission?
Bound by covenant sealed by blood they’re here for a reason

Neither dwells alone; Victor and Victory, a perfect duet
Together they get it done; dancing to each other’s unsung notes
Hearing a different beat as one; moving gracefully in accent
Husband and wife, a heaven-on-earth kind of relationship

I liked that. It felt as though it had an unusual rhythm that kept my brain just off balance enough to not miss the message while still enjoying the flow.
