Nice retelling. I like the description of Isaac's unquestioning faith in his father and the pain Abraham experienced as he raised his hand to slay his son. This has always been a hard story for me to read, yet there is so much beauty in Abraham's unwavering faith--he believed God would raise Isaac from the dead if need be. He knew the promise was sure and that God is to be trusted. Oh to trust so completely!
An interesting choice from scripture for this topic! Sights on the way up the mountain and then the miraculous sight - "the ram provided by God for the burnt offering." Good job and well done.

Skillfully written. I like how you take us along on their 'sightseeing' to reveal their hearts of worship.
