Much love expressed in these words, much love.

Makes the reader want to meet him and you!
What beautiful thoughts! I've been blessed to have some very special people whose live I've watched in this way, too. Thanks for sharing this!

Beautiful, beautiful poem. I love the tribute the younger pays the older--honor bestowed.

Thanks to you all. And, just to clarify, this is a godly older woman, 26 years my senior. I used the "inner and outer man" expression in the sense of II Cor. 4:16 KJV
This is from my heart, as a tribute of one not-so-young- now woman to another who is now past 92, and I'm still watching!

I have a friend very much like the one you refer to here in this beautiful poem. She is my best friend, my mentor, my confidante, all rolled up in one fine lady. This is a beautiful tribute to the love you and this lady of 92 years old share. Thank you for sharing. Blessings, Laura
This is beautiful. I have always admired those living in the Far East who honor and cherish the elderly. Now that I'm inching upward (make that RUSHING upward (grin) toward that time of my life, I can appreciate how it makes an older person feel to be treated so tenderly as you've depicted in this poem. Very well done! Want to be my granddaughter??? :-)
A wonderful poem and great tribute.
