Seth lives on an exotic island. Palm trees grace the fertile earth around him, their green fronds swaying against the crystal clear blue sky. White froth from the salty waves of the Indian Ocean methodically grab at the sandy beaches, making the coast look like it has donned a white lacey shawl. A giant monitor lizard lives in the ravine just beside Sethís tropical house. Lush green undergrowth hides its nest. Coconuts and mangoes abound, and there is no shortage of fresh vegetables and tasty seafood. The golden brown skin and glossy black hair of the people living around Seth stand in stark contrast to his blue eyes and red hair. Their bright smiles, however, match his. They all love their exotic island. Seth is creative and artistic. He loves where he lives.

Joel lives in a big city. A million people, most of them on motorcycles, jockey for position at every traffic light along the busy streets. The nearest beach is a trash lined strip of river-front in the heart of the cityís market district. Fast-food is readily available and delivery service helps those who have no time to eat out. Every day important businessmen scurry to and fro from large banks, political offices and slick coffee shops. It is a metropolis: a cacophony of sounds and smells and constantly moving people. A haze covers the city center like a wooly blanket: a mixture of pollution and smoke from slash-and-burn farming in the area. Economy is booming and business abounds in this big city. Joel is a business-minded kind of guy. This is the perfect place for him.

Seth and Joel are brothers. Every night they talk about their day. They share their dreams and ideas. They talk about their plans for tomorrow. Seth and Joel each love where they live. They live in the same house. They live in the same city. They live on the same exotic island. Itís all about perspective.

Interesting perspective on seeing the same place so differently.

Great job with the polarizing views of the brothers. Nicely done!

God bless~
