O utrageous orange in a tree
L uscious shades of green ivy
O live green and sprigs of mint
R ain-bowed skies a lovely tint
E bony brings a quiet night
D ay’s yellow a glory bright
C erise, the blush of reddened cheeks
R uddy healthy color peaks
E vening cobalt darkness dims
A methyst of flower limbs
T wilight’s gray a sun’s goodbye
I nk in navy waters lie
O nyx shines in blackness sweet
N utmeg tan a spicy treat
P eriwinkle shades skies above
A quamarine a tropic’s love
L avender fields of thistles grow
E ggplant’s depth in colors show
T ortoise shell in brown of swirls
T angerine in young girl curls
E vergreen is ever true
S on of God who is true blue
